Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Wuhan Arbitration Commission for arbitration an such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission’s Arbitratin Rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral awards is final and binding upon both of the parties.
Wuhan Arbitration Commission (hereinafter abbreviated as WHAC ) was established in 1997 in accordance with the law.
